I didn't end up making poutine with this as we kept snacking on it right
out of the bag. I did make grilled cheese with it and it melted nicely. I will buy it again and try poutine!

A nice addition to fries and our pasta dishes. Not much of a "squeaky" poutine
cheese, but a delightful change to our usual cheezes. The flavor was nice and salty.

I am very loyal to the veghead's cheeze curds, but I saw so many good
reviews of this product, that I had to try it. I'm so glad I did. It melted really well and had so much flavour. I even think I heard a squeek once or twice! I used it to make a poutine with my foraged chanterelles - it was divine! I'll be getting this again :)
