I’m kind of torn on this cheese. It’s better than a lot, but like some
other vegan cheeses, it does have a bit of a lingering aftertaste. All-in-all it’s enjoyable though and a little on top of a salad, in a pasta dish or a bite on its own is great. All vegan cheese is better than rape-cheese 😤
Don’t sleep on Nafsika cheese! Got the pleasure to work with Nafsika and tried their
Parmesan cheese! I made Mac and cheese, and topped it with Nafsika Parmesan cheese! It tastes great like was a good addition to my meal!
I've heard good things about this brand and I found it just okay to be
honest. I still haven't been able to find vegan cheese that I love!!
