AH! A game changer for me!
This is so much better than other protein powders because
it's a juice!! Stir some into water, give it a shake and you're done! It also tastes exactly like high juice/squash so you can drink it really easily. I have chocolate protein powder too but I always mix that with mylk (and add fruit etc) because it's gross with just water (idk how people do that). But I don't like using up so much mylk, so this is waaay easier, quicker, less filling and much more practical. 11g of protein in one serving is actually great, super good for increasing your protein throughout the day. I find it blends much better in one of the shaker bottles that brands usually give you with the metal balls inside as mixing it in a glass with a spoon didn't work so well. Also they constantly have a sale or promo on MyProtein so you end up getting it for super cheap lol cos otherwise I think full price is a bit too much for how much you get.
