This is our favorite B12 supplement. I like that it's just a spray- no pill to swallow. It's 500 mcg, which is a high dose but not as high as some B12 supplements. It's all organic and it contains a certified organic food blend, which is a nice bonus!

I have no complaints about this. It has the methyl absorbable form of b12 and a good amount of it and the berry extracts make it taste good.
LOVE the raspberry flavour of this B12 spray. Spray under my tongue ever couple of days, yummy.
