Wow, this nut and seed bar is quite good! Love the texture of the nuts and seeds with the caramel layer. Very satisfying. Not very sweet. I could enjoy a touch more sweetness but I suppose that would disrupt the “keto” aspect. A nice snack. Will scoop up again if on sale.
