Alfalfa seeds for sprouting from Mumm's Sprouting seeds 🌱 Brought so much nutrition to my plate

I sprouted a batch of alfalfa seeds this week. In 4-5 days, 2 tablespoons of seeds grew to a jar full of nutritious sprouts. All that’s needed is a mason jar with a screened lid, water and air. No land. No dirt. No mess. These are so good and healthy!
