5 stelle a questo multivitaminico multiminerale per la sua composizione , la più completa che abbia mai trovato...la prendo da 8 mesi e già dopo due mesi ho proprio sentito la differenza,arrivavo sempre dopo cena con una stanca incredibile non riuscivo nemmeno a finire le faccende di casa, ho dato merito a questi integratori perché sono stati l'unica cosa che ho cambiato nella mia routine... non ho purtroppo ancora fatto analisi del sague per poterle confrontare con quelle dell'anno scorso


🇨🇵 Récemment, j'ai demandé à mon médecin de me prescrire un bilan sanguin. Végétarienne, j'ai considérablement réduit mon alimentation de produits dérivés des animaux. J'ai encore des craquages avec quelques fromages, pâtisseries et viennoiseries, ils demeurent substantiels. J'avais besoin de savoir comment mon organisme allait... et il va bien en fait! 🤗 Juste une légère carence en fer : 14 ng/mL (15>150) sans surprise car depuis petite et même en étant omni je devais régulièrement me complémenter... et le taux de folates un peu bas 5,5 ng/mL (3,9>26,8). Les autres taux parfaits! Ça m'a permis de constater que le complément de B12 quotidien combiné à la vitamine C de jus de citron et d'orange au petit déjeuner le matin, est très bien assimilé ->742 ng/mL (197>771) J'ai quelques ajustements à faire dans mon assiette : noix et légumes colorés. En attendant de bien rééquilibrer tout ça, jai opté pour ce complément alimentaire qui réunit 26 vitamines et minéraux, dont 100% en fer et 200% en folates. The other perfect rates! t allowed me to observe that the daily supplement of B12 combined with the vitamin C of lemon and orange juice at breakfast in the morning, is very well absorbed -> 742 ng / mL (197> 771) have a few adjustments to make on my plate: nuts and colorful vegetables. While waiting to rebalance all that, I have for this food supplement which opts for 26 vitamins and minerals, of which 100% in iron and 200% in folate.
