I got this from vitacost.com for an affordable price. It comes with 60 capsules which is enough for 2 months. Most vegan food supplemented with vitamin D is in the form of D2 which isn't as effective as D3. Most D3 is from animal products but there is a vegan D3 that is from lichen which is where this one comes from. K2 is another vitamin that is lacking in a vegan diet. It can be found in a fermented food called natto but most Americans don't like natto, so this supplement is a good alternative. D3 and K2 work together to support a healthy body and bone health. Normal-size capsules, easy to swallow. 62,5 mcg of D3 + 80 mcg of K2 vitamins. Other ingredients: rice flour, tapioca dextrin, and cellulose capsule.
This seems to work. I had blood work at my last check up and my D level was good. These are smaller capsules and easy to swallow.
It’s hard to review a product like this but I am typically deficient in Vitamin D so this forms part of my daily routine
