Tastes delicious, almost cheesy! Even though there’s not as much protein as I expected given the tofu name, I would still recommend for the flavour. Love how environmentally friendly the brand is too! #bolognese #tofu

Day 21 of #Veganuary! Mr Organic's vegeterian tofu ragu is a delicious sauce made with tofu, sweet red peppers and Italian sun ripened tomatoes. I made a quick and delicious lunch with it by adding it into spinach pasta, and topping the meal with nutritional yeast and fresh baby spinach. I recommend buying it! 🍅🍝🥫

I love this pasta sauce so much I buy it as often as I can. It has a really nice homemade taste and makes a really good easy meal.
