I found this #vegancheese at #groceryoutlet a while back and grabbed a few bags because it was expiring so they had it priced at just $0.97!! I froze them and have been using them straight from the freezer for lots of foods. I just made a #pizza from scratch and the cheese melted really well in my regular oven. It's gooey but it has that slimy texture like most vegan cheeses have. Unfortunately it's loaded with saturated fat and has quite a bit of sodium without much nutrients, so it's something I try to eat sparingly.

It melts perfectly under the broiler and even browns a little. I'll never like vegan cheese shreds right out of the bag like I used to eat dairy cheese, but that's good for both my health and the animals. I think this might be my favorite vegan cheese so far.

Encontre estos quesitos veganos en el Jumbo en oferta a 1990, nunca antes había visto esta marca asique lo compre y es muy rico, la textura es un poco como porosa por decirlo de alguna manera, pero solo si lo comes así solito, queda muy rico en ensaladas y para cosas calientes, se ve como el aceite de coco cuando están frío, pero la verdad me gustó mucho ❤️
