right tang and the texture is perfect.

This brand caught my eye in the store real quick! This one is VERY tangy
with lemon juice being high up on the ingredients list. It really overpowered any other flavors. Also, it was very thick and I could not pour it. I had to spoon some out and add water.
All that bring said, I don't like it as a dressing, but I do like it as a dip for vegetables. I would try their other kinds as well.

Got at Sprouts. This Caesar dressing more acidic. Very lemony. I prefer the vegan mayo
based casear. This would be good as a marinade or for pasta.

Really tasty! It is quite thick straight from the fridge though. I take it out
5 or 10 minutes before I’m ready to eat, give it a shake and it’s ready to use.
