Interesting texture however I cooked it on the pan opposed to microwave.
Went great with
some freshly cooked rice.
Would buy again and perhaps use in a wrap or burger setting. Bought discounted so even better. #bangforbuck

Bought on offer at Warrington Morrisons. I cooked it on the hob, rather than in
a microwave (I don't own one). It was quick and simple to prepare, easy to store with a good shelf life, and really looked the part. However, the jackfruit's texture was too soft for my liking (I usually press mine before cooking it) and the flavour was incredibly disappointing. Very bland - seemed underseasoned.

Lovely sauce and super tasty jackfruit. Great when there is no time to cook but
you want something more or less healthy.
