Wicked Wellington

This was like a giant sausage roll but a lot nicer. Lovely flaky pastry with

a filling made of soya vegetables and mushroom. I should have made some gravy to go with it. Fortunately it was moist enough without.

Really nice! Would be good for Christmas if you want something easy and tasty ⭐
