These are a great topper for salads! They are microwaveable so they’re ready in seconds.

These are edible but not the best. I microwaved the strips and they are rubbery
and have a squeaky feel on my teeth! Overall I'm glad the product is readily available because it's a quick add-in for meals, but I would not choose this one over other brands.

I missed putting chicken breasts in stuff. Here are those morning star chx strips in
my almost no cook meal: 90 sec grain mix, some canned beans, frozen mixed veggies, seasoned, heated in the microwave, added some everything bagel spice and a little seams sour sauce. Easy peezy. No animals harmed..
