I have been having such a a field day eating breakfast lately, I've been absolutely loving these paired with just egg & bagels! I love these little sausage patties, they taste great, have a nice texture, & cook very quickly in the oven & on a skillet!

The price was not passable. I don't regret buying them at all. I wish there was a maple flavor. Great to just snack on too.
I found these morning star veggie pattys at my local Whole Foods. I appreciate that they have 9g of protein. 80 calories per patty. The taste and texture were not my favorite of the vegan sausage I have tried because they were on the drier side.

Delicious. 9g cholesterol, 85% less fat than cooked pork sausage. Good option for breakfast.
