I was looking for tofu that would hold its shape a bit more in a
dish - and I found it. Used Morinaga’s extra firm tofu to make Jamie Oliver’s Malaysian rice noodle curry from his recipe book, Veg. Will definitely be buying the tofu and making this recipe again!
