Aunque en la etiqueta ponga firme, es un tofu que está cuajado con una textura
similar al flan. Es más bajo en hidratos y en calorías. Muy recomendable para utilizar en receta tipo huevos revueltos, salsa cesar o para hacer mayonesas de sabores.

Have used it to make vegan ricotta, breakfast scrambles, and creamy pudding, and have been
very pleased with the results. I prefer this brand because it doesn’t require refrigeration and has a long shelf life.
