ingredients at home and give it a shape and cook.
It is organic, local and a small business. I found it BioCbon in Marseille around 6 €.
Even though I know how to veganise things now, this made me happy to see vegan friendly logo in front and vegan version recipe behind(green writings) So I bought it to support😊 even though I find it little expensive and I can make it at home 😅
I used half of the package (so made 5 cookies) and left the other half for another day of pleasure.
How to make :
*You make a jelly with chia or grinded flaxseeds(each spoon needs equal water and wait 5 min).
*Add the jelly and butter. Mix and shape.
*Set it 5 10 min in the fridge for better texture and preheat the oven 170°C.
*Cook 15 min.
Note: I used 2 spoon of chia, and 2 spoon of (less than recommended 😅) coconut oil
