I put 3 new cheeses to the test when I made a pizza before and this one was good but I actually liked the other 2 (I think it was a Chao brand one and a Earth Grown one) better. So this does tastes good and melts decently but it’s not in my top 3 or 4 favorite cheeses list. It may be my fifth favorite though.
