Mozzarella vegana hecha a base de almendras. Insipida, no la recomiendo
Leider schmeckt auch diese Mozzarella-Alternative auf Basis von Mandeln gar nicht. Außerdem schmilzt sie auch nicht so gut, wenn man sie verkochen möchte.
Delicious vegan almond-based "mozzarella cheeze". It doesn't taste exactly the same as cowmilk-based mozzarella and the texture is also less solid and creamier as real mozzarella but still a good alternative for tomato-mozzarella salad etc. Price 2,49 €.
Also pur oder in Scheiben schmeckt er mir nicht. Ich schneide ihn in kleine Würfel und mach einen Tomatensalat mit Olivenöl und Balsamico Dressing.
