Mondarella

Mozzarella alternative. Tastes gross. Has more of a slime taste and definitely would not buy again.

I’m not a huge fan of the mozzarellas out there. They are very expensive and very wobbly. This one is kind of ok. Overpriced still

I don’t like the taste and texture in its „raw“/cool state. Warmed up it tastes so much better and the almond taste isn’t as dominant, the consistence is a lot smoother however it doesn’t melt. Over all I probably won‘t buy it again.
