This cheeze is phenomenal! The taste, texture, and flavor are on point! Miyoko Schinner created

a dairy-free cheeze empire and I love it! She recently made an appearance in Forbes' 50 over 50. Miyoko is such a lovely, compassionate lady. We definitely need more people like her in this world. Hopefully, one day I will get to visit, Rancho Compasión, a farmed animal sanctuary that rescues neglected farm animals. Miyoko, thank you for your aHHmazing cheeze and most of all, thank you for being kind to all beings, and being a role model for so many people! 💜

These Farmhouse Cheddar shreds are so cheesy! I put them in a Just Egg &

veggie omelette and they melted very well and added a rich cheddar flavor. #ditchdairy #abillionlove

This is a bit pricier than the brand I usually buy but it’s very good.

It melts really well as long as it gets hot enough (steam helps!). It definitely will get moldy if left open for more than a few days or right on the expiration date. #veganin2020 #dogsofabv

Love this product as a replacement for the classic cheddar block of the past. I

even shred it with a cheese grater and it holds up and shreds well!

We use this in vegan enchiladas, quesadillas and really anything.

It does taste like cheddar but also a bit like a Parmesan. So I actually love that the flavor is versatile for things you’d want Parmesan on as well, like on a vegan Caesar salad. Love this product!

Overall I’d say it’s a lovely product, but I was just never a huge fan

of cheddar in the first place. I’ll stick to the “go veggie” brand, because it’s cheaper and more suited to my tastes but this still isn’t half bad. 👏🏼 #veganisnotscary
