I followed the YouTuber Gaz to make this Carrot Cake recipe and oh my!! It was soooo good, the cake itself was carrot, apple, and orange flavored with all real fruit. Then topped it with Miss Jones vanilla frosting, twisted it up a bit by adding cinnamon and orange zest. Phenomenal REALLY. highly recommend trying some of his recipes out!

I Has sugar in it but it is really a good frosting and hard to believe that is vegan and I use it on all my baked goods really really good
You know what I never thought? That my icing needed more salt. This stuff is salty and just… not good. I’d skip it.
I’ve had this for ages because I didn’t have a need for just a tiny bit of frosting. You might like it if you make mug cakes? However, its very sweet, even for frosting. Seriously it’s so sweet!! It was not fluffy but it came out of a packet so no surprise there. It was fun to try but I wouldn’t purchase again, I would rather make my own. #veganbaking
