Had my first try of purple potatoes which are buttery and yummy! 🙏🏼 Thanks to my upcycled order of stuff from Misfits Market 100% online store! Easy to order (sustainable focused shop + all items are rescued before they reach landfill which promotes less ozone thinning gasses from non-composted food 👍🏽) Items also come shipped with cold packs for cold items!
So far after 6 months we are in love with our vegetable & fruit subscription. These last three photos was our summer shipments where, as you can see, the produce is uniquely shaped but just as fresh and healthy (also perishable under 7 days). We’ve learned to “Iron Chef” our veggies, eating a more colorful array of meals with lower cholesterol and fats.
