This is a tasty ramen, however, I was so focused on making sure it was vegan, that I failed to notice the super high sodium content. I doubt I will buy it again for that reason. I added mushrooms, green onions, spinach, and of course, TJ’s Chili Onion Crunch.
Pretty good taste, but quantity is small, much less than your standard packaged ramen. Suggest cooking noodles way longer than package says, otherwise you'll have uncooked noodles!
Nice quick ramen. Better than the traditional brick ones. And so nice that it's actually vegan! Somewhat healthier too!
