Obviously you have to prepare them well but they can taste amazing. Here they have
been drained in a kitchen towel, then left tomarinate a few hours in some spice mix. Finally, there were cooked in the pan with some more seasonings.

Really not my favourite. It tastes a lot like brine and it’s not of my
taste.
I tried the recipe on the Migros website “Pad Thai with Jackfruit and it was still a strong taste :/

Ho fatto questo esperimento culinario con molta diffidenza, invece devo dire che è un prodotto
molto versatile!
L’ho fatto saltare in padella con un soffritto di cipolla, poi l’ho bagnato con una salsina fatta con acqua, salsa di soia, paprika affumicata, pochissimo curry e un cucchiaino di senape.
Oh, incredibile ma e gustoso!

Grazie al jackfruit posso simulare lo spezzatino ma ho visto che può essere usato anche
come pollo etc
Il prodotto si presenta insapore per questo meglio condirlo prima
