Plant Based Pepperoni Pizza Lunch Kit

i was personally never a pizza lunchable fan so this Mighty Yum Pepperoni Pizza Kit was my least favorite of the kinds i tried, but my sister loved it! the little pizza “dough” rounds come with a packet of tomato sauce, and compartment of mozzarella cheeze shreds and pep’roni- everything is cold like a typical lunchable but my sister heated it up and it worked fine! it’s also got 11 grams of protein! 🍕

What a fun way to re-live my childhood.. but vegan! The "pepperoni" left a little to be desired, and the texture wasn't exactly what I was going for, but the rest made up for it. Just a great little lunchable and I'm sure any vegan kid would love finding this in their lunch box!

Next time I get this, I might try it out heated in the microwave, but it’s also great to eat cold! Each plant based pepperoni pizza pack contains 11g of #veganprotein. Pizza lunchables are so nostalgic for me and I've been saying for years that someone should make vegan lunchables!! Mighty Yum made my vegan lunchables dream come true! They are good and would be easy to pack for lunch. I think kids would love them too! Vegan Lunchables! These are so nostalgic and my picky toddler loves them! My only wish is that they would have a plastic-free version.
