Me encanta este arroz, pues se puede preparar en distintas recetas. Me encanta el arroz frito o en una rica sopa de espinaca y garbanzo. Solo lo encuentro en costco.

Nice mixture of whole grains precooked so the mix is ready in 10 min for an almost #lazyvegan salad 😜😜 Here I mixed 1/3 cup of the cooked mixture plus avocado 🥑 orange bell pepper 🫑 and finally the last portion of spinach 😛 🤓 pretty nice that the pack container already has written some #nerdyfact about the grains and their origin. Just to add a small detail about quinoa seeds: as I said previously the seeds are the most important genetic resource then they are protected under a “coat” in the case of quinoa seeds, this coat is made of saponins a chemical class of compounds that are naturally bitter to taste — again in nature to protect the seeds against small predators 🐛 humans have found ways to use saponins in soaps, drugs, cosmetics and more — saponins are useful in industry due to the ability to be dissolved in water and oil (amphipathic property). #mexican
