I love the idea of this meat replacement mix, but I ended up not being a big fan. When you ad water it turns into a paste that you cook, and as it browns you break it up with a spatula into crumbles. It turned out pretty dry, though adding extra oil at the end helped a little. I think topping it with wet ingredients like queso, salsa, and sour cream would help too. It also smelled great but surprisingly had little flavor. Not sure I would buy again but I’m glad I tried it. #tacos #vegantacos #veganmeat
I did not like the taste of this at all. The texture is very strange, and I found that this was very under seasoned.
