Mexicali Burrito

Delicious in every bite! My grocery store has been sold out of this brand for some time now, I hope they get a shipment in soon! #yummy

while the inside of this Alpha Mexicali Burrito was definitely mystery mea’t-esque, i’m honestly not mad at it & my mom wasn’t either… between the mea’t, nacho sorta cheeze, and peppers, it does deliver very taco vibes & the outside burrito portion is a nice ratio to the filling ~ popped in the microwave to de-thaw for a couple seconds & then cooked in the air frier to get a crisp on the outside for a super easy snack! 🌮🫑

In my region I have very few alpha products they just finally started getting about two or three of the burritos Mexicali is not one of them so when I did find this one, I was happy and grabbed it as soon as I could it was pretty tasty. I’m so happy that the vegan cheese melted within the burrito because a lot of the times that does not happen. They were pretty thoughtful for with the ingredients because they did put some in there. Good flavor. I liked this “Mexicali” frozen burrito. (Undoubtedly helped that I only microwaved it for a minute and a half this time!) The vegan beef-style crumble was tasty with the “spicy” vegan cheddar, onions, and taco sauce. I wouldn’t describe it as spicy, but again, it had yummy flavor. I’d buy this one again. 😋
