Not my favourite, was a bit mushy. But I liked the flavouring.
I love what Meraki is doing with offering a variety of whole food healthy patties for an excellent price. These were one of the better tasting ones but it had the same problem I've found with all their products, which is the texture. I like to air fry patties instead of pan fry and unfortunately Meraki ones always fall apart. Anyway, I realised if you don't think of it as a patty it's more enjoyable! I cut this up and put it in a 'Buddha bowl' for supper, and loved the smoky taste it added when everything was mixed in! So solution found I guess 😋
I'm not a fan - I've tried making these on the braai and in a pan, and I didn't enjoy either.
These taste so good! So flavoursome, definitely my favourite if the Meraki range! #veganisnotscary
