Menstruationstasse

I've had the menstrual cup for a while. I wanted to reduce the amount of waste caused by tampons. It works well with a little practice. It's hard to insert at first, but it gets easier and easier. I have found that the cup is not so useful when you only have a light period. I use it mainly when I'm at home or at work. I can wash it out hygienically at any time. When I'm on the road, I prefer to use tampons. But all in all, it's a good thing.
