🇬🇧 Well, I now have my third (ex aequo along with Garden Gourmet and Vemondo)
favorite vegan burger, the podium is done, this is the cheapest but we’re talking cents.
Texture is wonderful, is thick and juicy, taste is very good - yet still a bit far from how real meat tastes like but it’s a big plus for me since I’m not looking for that.
You can also smash it with a fork to get a cup of vegan minced if you’re not in the mood for a burger, a very quick twist if you don’t have the time to deal with dry soy minced.
Go for it, you won’t regret.
🇮🇹 Questo burger è entrato di diritto nel mio podio della perfezione (ex aequo con gli altri due di Garden Gourmet e Vemondo) riguardo i burger vegani, non voglio più nient’altro, tra l’altro si tratta anche del più economico ma siamo nell’ordine dei centesimi.
La consistenza è meravigliosa, è bello spesso e resta succoso, anche il sapore mi piace molto - tende a non assomigliare eccessivamente a quello della carne ma per quanto mi riguarda questo è un punto a favore, poiché io non cerco assolutamente quello anzi.
Si può anche schiacciare con una forchetta per ottenere un piccolo macinato, per cambiare un po’ visto che la procedura rispetto al macinato di soia è molto più veloce.
Provare per credere.
