The spread is tofu-based and has a comparatively high amount of protein. The consistency is
slightly grainy. It is nicely spicy. For a bit of variety, you can buy the spread again.

great spread and very tasty though the taste is hard ro describe. it's made from
tofu and herbs/spices. ingredients are organic and the spread is sugar free.
unfortunately, it only is available in those metal cans with a plastic cap, i prefer glass jars. however, I will definitely buy it again.

This is the second spread I tried. Still like the Champignon-Shiitake flavour more than this
