I sliced the burgers and marinated with miso, soya souce, ginger and vinegard then cooked in a pan. Taste was really good, consistency before cooking too soft #veganburger #peas

This patty was really thick with a nice texture! By itself, the patty didn't seem to have much flavor but it was rather salty. On a bun with toppings the lack of flavor was fine because the sauce adds flavor and the texture of the patty was really satisfying! They were easy to cook. I cooked from frozen and just heated a pan and put the patty on for about 15-20 minutes- flipping every 4-5minutes until heated throughout. Plant-based burgers. Very good flavor but they stay a bit red so the appearance is odd, if it was meat I’d say it’s raw. Texture and flavor are OK. Good for a quick meal👍🏼
A nice tasting meat patty, especially on the grill. No bun required.
