have loved #onionrings probably as long as I've been alive. Batter and onion are a match made in heaven 😊

I pan-fry more these days as I don't have a deep fryer, and, for all that I love grease, I hate cleaning up after deep-frying with a deep-dish pan 😏 The result is something like what you see; dark browning on the contact surfaces, unfried paleness elsewhere 😔 #junkfood
