I had a tough time “fighting” the AB when I had to stir it. The natural oil spilled a little when I was opening the jar.,, and another splash happened when I was stirring it. Tough work but worth it. I love how the AB had a hint of natural sweetness coming from the almonds. It’s also very fragrant! Might be due to the fact that I spilled some of the oil out so I didn’t get an excellent smooth-y consistency. It’s smooth but doesn’t really “flow” if you get what I’m saying… 😅 not sure if AB are meant to be thicker compared to PB/tahini. You can see the bits of almond skin in the AB :)

I really enjoyed this almond butter spread. It tastes fresh and it was not too watery.
Perfect companion to many dishes, be it toast, açaí, in salad dressing, yogurt, or just on its own!
Big love for this! Used to make almond butter myself but haven’t got around to do so since I haven’t stocked up on my almonds 🫣 it’s thick, rich and creamy!
