Tomato & Olive Plant-Based Alternative for Cheese

It’s usually so weird when you look at an ingredients list and understand exactly what you’re eating 😋 Love a #nonasties product! I packed maybe a little too much for my stay in the #alps so I had to make use of this entire block of #vegancheese before my #vegantravel to Switzerland next 😄 I don’t think any #cheese will last the hot #summer weather! 🌦️ This is #coconutoil and #potatostarch based so I knew it was a #cheesethatmelts 🙌 I decided to make some cheese #soup with some leftover vegetables and my emergency travel lentils 🫕 You know how travelling while vegan can be 😂 Et voila! A perfect and incredibly hearty breakfast 🤰 I had some bites out of it too and gosh was it #lekker 😋 The tomato is more an aftertaste and for acidity than anything else and the olive makes it really nice and #savoury 🫒 All this for only €3 is crazy compared to what I usually pay in Singapore! 💸

It's basically a slice of cheese, like you would get of a gouda or similar one - it's therefore not very easy to slice, you get thinner bits. It crumbles a bit but it's very tasty, the olives are quite present. I don't know how it is when cooked, but with bread it's very satisfying.
