These crackers are great! Very crispy and flavorful enough to eat by themselves. They're good
with vegan cheese or hummus. Lots of different seeds for extra micronutrients. Gluten free is an added bonus

but I actually liked them plain better because they are so tasty. Very seedy. They taste like mostly sesame seeds. I crushed some up and used it as a salad topper and it was great.
on it's own 😋 great for health conscious like me as there are no added oils or sugars, only whole food plant based ingredients.
Kids love them too!
