Unsalted Corn Cakes

Crispy. The only ingredient is corn. Yellow colour looks very nice.

Corn cakes are having a moment in my household, which is a bit of a problem seeing that our usual favourite - Real Foods’ Corn Thins - are out of stock at stores. So I recently tried these corn cakes from Marks & Spencer, which as advertised are totally unsalty. They pack a crunch, which makes them good for delivering dips like hummus… but on their own, they’re a bit bland and meh. #corncakes #marksandspencer
