This is the best pizza with vegan mozzarella tried so far. I usually don't like
vegan mozzarella as it always has a coconutty flavour.. But this was different. It was not very tasty either to be honest, it just added that creamy/melty feeling that classic mozzarella has. I also really liked the combination tomato/spinach/pesto.
It's a bit pricy (ÂŁ5) but all shop-bought vegan pizzas are in that price range. At least this tastes much better.
