My go-to nooch. Sprinkle on soups and stews. Also great mixed into gravy and pasta sauce. Check out Dr Greger's video about it having possible cancer fighting properties too. It's a bit of a superfood!
This is a terrific way to get B vitamins into you. I don't really like the taste of it in food so I mix a couple of spoons in water and drink it. Took me a few days to get used to it but now I really like it.
