Korean BBQ Veg

Finally noodles from Maggi that has flavour without adding ton of tomato sauce. It doesn’t taste anywhere close to Korean spicy noodles but I like the strong flavour. It’s very basic so have to add veggies and plant based cream to reduce the spicy taste, I added cream and smoked tofu this time for some nutrition . Thanks for the comment. Yes it’s unhealthy but more because of oil than refined grain. Refined grain as name suggests lacks nutrients so eating only that leads to malnutrition. Eating in limit along with other foods that has nutrients is okay. There is research that shows both oil and refined grain will lead to permanent diseases when age and weight are already risk factors. So as long as there is regular exercise, healthy weight, meet daily nutrition requirements and of course not from animal cruelty and exploitation it’s okay to consume unhealthy foods in limited quantities and they don’t have to feel guilty or food shamed for it.

Unhealthy and vegan..we will still eat it

Ya estamos obsesionados con la comida coreana, el Maggi de la India introduce fideos coreanos y están súper picantes. 🌶️ 🌶️🌶️ Pueden que no sean tan buenos como los originales de Corea, pero estos no son tan malos. 
No hay verduras secas, podrían añadir algunas verduras, tofu o unas carnes vegetales.
