This is THE BEST curry paste, hands down the end forever

Comes in a huge plastic tub that lasts me like a year and we eat

curry maybe 1-3x/month. It’s SUPER salty but has a really nice flavor and is mildly spicy. Great with fried tofu, eggplant, squash and potato during the fall 🍁🍂

This was the only vegan one out of the range of curry pastes by this

brand. It is oil free and quite ‘concentrated’ compared to other jarred/bottled curry pastes. Quite salty too so you don’t need much as compared to other brands.
