Really tasty kits, the next step up from jar sauce if you're not feeling like making from scratch. I use Tofoo Tempeh and it's a great mix, though I'd recommend a bit more water when simmering. Can't fault the taste or the ease of preparation. I'd not say this is hot, but I enjoy a Tindaloo so hardly the person to ask
I hardly buy these kits anymore due to the multiple plastic pouches that can't be recycled. 👎 Packaging concerns aside, this is a really tasty curry sauce with plenty of flavour, and not overly spicy for a madras. 🥘 The dried spices include curry leaves, mustard seeds, cloves & a whole chilli 🌱🌾🌸🌶(I tend to pre-grind these in a pestle & mortar as I don't like accidentally chewing on whole cloves 😂).
