The madras curry simmer sauce is balanced, the right amount of spicy (not Indian restaurant spicy), and allows you to push the easy button on dinner.

I gave 5 stars all around for this sauce. So tasty and the medium spice builds with each bite. 😊 This will definitely be a staple in this casa! #vegan #nongmocertified #curry #mayakaimal
Absolutely delicious way to spice up cheap veggie mixes. I love this sauce and I think it's a fantastic addition to your pantry. A little expensive but since I usually pair it with cheap frozen veggies it pays off!
This brand is amazing if you're a #lazyvegan 😚 You literally just open the jar, pour the stuff over your vegetables, let simmer for 15 minutes, and then get down and dirty with your #curry. That's it, no other faffing around ☺️ It smells so good straight out of the jar, I might be tempted one day to use it as a sandwich spread 🤭 The Madras one is advertised to taste of #pepper, #coriander, and creamy #coconut. In truth I hardly tasted any coriander (and I would because I hate it), the pepper was extremely mild (or "lightly spicy" if your palate has been conditioned by Anglo-Saxon blandness 😏), and the coconut was more sour than creamy. Still pleasant on the whole, but not entirely what I had been expecting! 🙂 #veganisnotscary but my laziness is 😊
This may now be one of my favorite curries! (I’ll probably have another favorite in a week. Curry’s always a good time.) So tasty and creamy, thanks to the coconut cream. That also means it’s high in saturated fat (heads-up in case you’re worried about cholesterol)—sodium too. It says spicy, but I found that it was perfect, even with my own homegrown chilies added!
