Dairy Free Shredded Parmesan

A slightly lighter parmesan flavour but parmesan all the same. Melts nicely (so good in

tomato and veggie soup). Yum! Vegan products might be dearer but they’re also more delicious. I dare you not to sneak finger fulls of this straight from the bag. Can’t stop won’t stop. :P

I'm still not 100% sold on vegan parmesan, but this did work really well chopped

up finely in home made vegan pesto! It also worked well in an almond milk based cheese sauce. And on top of a broccoli and cauli bake.
