Plant Based Shortbread Fingers

I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and texture of these plant-based shortbread fingers. They are less buttery than thr original but yet crumbly and melt in your mouth, just like the traditional ones. The only downside is that they are $3.50 for 12 pieces, small packet, so they don't last long in my house. I would recommend them to anyone who loves shortbread and wants a plant-based alternative. They are perfect for a festive treat or a gift for someone special. #veganisnotscary #plantbased

I had hoped these would be great, but they fell short on the traditional shortbread front. They tasted a bit like vanilla and were crumbly not melt in your mouth like shortbread should be. That being said, they were still nice. #veganeasychallenge
