It's nooch and it tastes like nooch. Imported, unfortunately. Surely this can be made locally!
At $8 for 200g, I'll probably buy it again unless I find a more affordable source.

Great for a cheesy/savoury flavour but with fewer calories. Much healthier than dairy cheese (and
cruelty free). I like to combine it with a little bit of vegan cheese for a stronger cheese flavour in rice or pasta dishes.
