This is so convenient, no need to blend flaxseed in our coffee grinder and get this instead. Absolute pantry staple as I make flax eggs for pancakes and waffles and other baked goods. I also use this to sprinkle on top of porridge or in smoothies to boost nutrients. Dr Greger recommends having flax daily as part of the Daily Dozen.
